Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 161 m² and is build in 1992. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 3000 m² natural site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1300 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 5 m long and it is up to 1,3 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed.Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged.

Es ist ein tolles Haus, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Leider sind ein paar Pinien auf dem Grundstück weg, wahrscheinlich wegen eines Sturms, ich hoffe die werden neu gepflanzt. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst

Sehr schönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht. Der Garten ist super mit Kindern, leider sind die Bäume weg, vielleicht wird da ein weiteres Ferienhaus gebaut. Im Schuppen findet man übrigens genügend Sandspielzeug, eine Babyschaukel, und weitere Outdoor Spiele. Im Haus selbst gibt es lediglich eine Spielesammlung. Wir können das Ferienhaus empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich und blitzsauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die super ausgestattete Küche und das lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer, das genau wie auf den Fotos aussieht. Auch die Betten waren bequem und es gab reichlich Stauraum für alle. < br />?Der Poolbereich ist absolute Spitze! Den Außenbereich konnten wir jahreszeitbedingt zwar nicht nutzen, aber im Sommer ist der sicher ein echtes toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Einziges Manko: Das Bad hatte keine Steckdosen. Damit ließ es sich aber auch gut leben und hat den Urlaub nicht getrübt.

Gezellig huis met zwembad waarvan de kinderen hebben genoten. Mooie locatie in het bos, met strand en duin dichtbij. Ook het terrein om het huis heen nodigt uit om te spelen! Enig nadeel; de douche heeft een kleine boiler.
