Holiday home suitable for 10 persons . The holiday home is 180 m² and is build in 1994. You can bring along 3 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. One heats the water of the swimming pool, the other heats the house and functions as an air conditioner in the summer. Floor heating in the corridor. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Extra refrigerator at your disposal in the tool shed. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1800 m² natural site. Situated 5000 m from the sea. Situated 2000 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 7500 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Play tower. Slide. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. Barbecue at your disposal.Charging station for electric car charging is available. Charging socket type 2. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 6 m long and it is up to 1,2 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt ( bis auf das Bad beim Pool).Der Pool und das Trampolin waren das Heileight unserer Enkelkinder und Kinder.

General:
Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen, 1 Kind (3) und einem Hund dort. Uns hat das Haus, das Schwimmbad und der Whirlpool waren das Highlight, sehr gut gefallen. Platz war reichlich da weil wir ja auch nur mit 4 Personen da waren. Die Lage vom Haus ist aus unser Sicht perfekt, da man innerhalb von 15 min am Strand oder in Blavand war ( mit PKW ). Die Einrichtung war auch gut, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
