Holiday home suitable for 10 persons . The holiday home is 200 m² and is build in 1994. In 2010 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 5 m wide, 5 m long and it is up to 1,5 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.The swimming pool has a countercurrent facility.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 3 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. There is floor heating in the guest bathroom. Steam cabin. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

The indoor prefilled whirlpool offers space for 4 persons.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Wir hatten viele defekte Geräte. Einiges war total verdreckt. Der Standort des Hauses war ideal .

Bereits beschrieben. < br />Schönes Haus, gut geschnitten tolle Lage, aber etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Abgeblätterte Badezimmerschränke, wacklige Lampe und Schranktüren, durchgesessene Sofas und durchgelegene Betten.

Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche mit herlichem Wetter in dem Ferienhaus. Der Poolraum war natürlich das Highlight, vorallem für die Kinder. Die Lage des Hauses war auch super. Bei der Einrichtung könnte man allerdings das eine oder andere mal erneuern.
