The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1550 m² natural site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 300 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Trampoline. Outdoor sauna. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds.

General:
Tolles Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles Tip Top gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat nicht den klassischen Ferienhaus Charakter, man könnte meinen der Eigentümer hat letzte Woche selbst noch drin gelebt, weil einfach alles da war, jedes Küchenutensil, ein hervorhebender Grill, eine toller Whirlpool und eine schöne saubere Sauna. Das Haus hat überall so viel Stauraum. Oft ist es doch so, dass die Zimmer nur einen winzigen Schrank haben. Hier war in jedem Zimmer für jeden Gast mehr als ausreichend Platz. Hier müssen keine leeren Koffer im Weg stehen. Die Lage ist Ideal. Direkt im Wald umgeben von Grün. Das Zentrum ist nur 100 Meter zu Fuß entfernt und man ist in 2 min zu Fuß beim Bäcker, Einkaufen, Eisladen etc… der Strand ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Man kann hier das Auto auch gut mal ein paar Tage nicht benutzen.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist super gepflegt und sauber. Mit Sicherheit vor kurzem erst mit Liebe neu hergerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts.Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die zentrumsnahe und dennoch ruhige Lage des Ferienhauses empfinden wir als perfekt. Rundum ein tolles Haus.
