Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 84 m² and is build in 1971. In 2020 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1244 m² natural site. Situated 750 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 175 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, der Strand ist um die Ecke genauso wie die Einkaufsmöglichkeit alles Fußläufig. Ruhige Lage aber nicht zu sehr ab vom Schuss. Im Häuschen bzw auf der großzügigen Terrasse und Garten kann man sehr gut die Seele baumeln lassen. Für Kinder ebenfalls genug Platz mit Sandkiste und Schaukel. Für einen entspannten, ruhigen Urlaub mit wenig Auto und viel zu Fuß einfach perfekt.

Das eine Doppelbett war uns zu weich. Ansonsten ein schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht.
