The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in the hall. Floor heating in the corridor. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 70 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1500 m² natural site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 350 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Sandbox. Trampoline. Football goal. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.You can relax in the outdoor prefilled whirlpool for 5 persons.

Worth knowing

Wir hatten dieses Haus schon einmal und würden es wieder buchen, weil die Lage gut ist und die Ausstattung ausreichend ist. Besonders gut ist es für den Hund, der bei Regen nicht draussen sondern unter der überdachten Terrasse trocken liegen kann
