Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 154 m² and is build in 1998. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 90 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1524 m² dune site. Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 900 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Play tower. Slide. An outdoor shower with water that is heated by the sun is available. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,5 m wide, 7 m long and it is up to 1,2 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Die Lage ist super, man kann zu Fuß zum Strand und ins Zentrum. Das Haus hatte alles was wir mit 5 Erwachsene brauchten. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, das Ferienhaus war gemütlich wenn auch ein wenig zu klein.Bilder waren wohl mit Weitwinkelobjektiv gemacht worden
