Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 84 m² and is build in 2000. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 70 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2100 m² natural site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 8000 m. A 80 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Slide.Fire place. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 TV.TV through streaming.1 DVD player. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 6 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Ein schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, größtenteils neuwertige Einrichtung, geräumige Küche mit allen Geräten. Bad mit Fußbodenerwärmung. Alles im Außenbereich ist etwas spartanisch gehalten, aber das weiß man wenn man dieses Haus bucht. Tolle Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Leider nur ein Bad, bei 6 Personen muss man daher manchmal ein wenig "warten".
