Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 97 m² and is build in 1964. In 2014 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2174 m² natural site. Situated 900 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged.

General:
Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe der Einkaufsstraße aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Als wir ankamen war es liebevoll mit frischen Blumen eingerichtet. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, man findet alles, was man benötigt. Das Doppelbett im großen Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem, hier gibt es auch einen großen Kleiderschrank, der viel Platz bietet. Es gibt noch ein weiteres Zimmer mit Doppelbett und ein kleines Zimmer mt zwei Einzelbetteb. Auch das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und hat einen guten Kamin. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch das große Badezimmer mit viel Stauraum im Waschbeckenschrank. Die Sauna bietet Platz für zwei, maximal drei Personen. Da wir Ostern da waren, war es noch zu kalt für den Wintergarten, aber auch dieser ist nett eingerichtet. Die Terasse ist teilweise erneuert und bietet viel Platz. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich auch ein Schuppen, in dem der Grill untergebracht ist aber auch Spiele für den Garten. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, wir würden es wieder buchen.
