With its 16 m² indoor swimming pool, activity room, and beautiful terrace area featuring an outdoor sauna and spa, this home combines comfort, wellness, and entertainment in one exceptional setting.

A charging station is available at the house, allowing you to conveniently charge your electric car during your stay – please remember to bring your own charging cable.

With 180 m² of living space, the house offers plenty of room for everyone. The interior is modern and designed in calm, light tones, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, making it ideal for larger groups. The cosy wood-burning stove adds warmth and atmosphere, perfect for relaxed evenings together. A Chromecast is available, so you can stream your favourite shows whenever it suits you.

Two major highlights are the indoor swimming pool and the large activity room. The pool features a counter-current system, allowing both play and exercise. In the activity room, you can challenge each other to table tennis or billiards and enjoy hours of fun regardless of the weather. A loft area in the activity room provides 2 of the sleeping spaces, while the remaining guests can stay in the 4 bedrooms, all furnished with comfortable double beds (160x200 cm). The house also offers 3 bathrooms, as well as a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.

Terrace with private wellness area

From the living area, you have direct access to the large wooden terrace, designed for relaxing outdoor living. Part of the terrace is covered, offering shelter and shade on warm or breezy days. Garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill are ready for enjoyable outdoor meals and long summer evenings.

The terrace also features a private wellness area with an outdoor sauna and outdoor spa. Here, you can unwind in warm water or heat up in the sauna while watching the evening sky and stars. An outdoor shower (available from April to November) makes it easy to cool off or rinse away sand after a trip to the beach.
