Holiday home suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 72 m² and is build in 1984. In 2025 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 84 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1234 m² natural site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1100 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Trampoline. Football goal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Positiv: Schöne, strandnahe Lage, schöner Terassenbereich mit Palettensofa sowie Tischen und Stühlen, Tor und Trampolin haben die Kinder sehr genossen, offener Wohnraum mit Küche, Sofa und Essbereich sowie Alcove ist sehr gemütlich. Negativ: Haus (nur 72m²!!!) insgesamt und vor allem die Schlafräume sind viel zu klein (Fotos täuschen komplett andere Raumgrößen vor). In zweien ist jeweils ein viel zu kleiner Schrank und der dritte ist eher eine Abstellkammer ohne Schrank, aber dafür mit Heißwassertherme und Staubsauger. Das "Bett" m Eltern-Schlafraum ist beinahe zusammenbrechender Schrott, bei dem ich jeden Abend die Füße festschrauben musste. Auf der seitlichen Seite der Terrasse stickt es immer nach Kloake. Insgesamt das teuerste und gleichzeitig kleinste und schlechteste Haus, was wir jeweils in Dänemark hatten. Ich würde es mit 3 von 5 Sternen bewerten.
