Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 2 children up to 3 years. The holiday home is 133 m² and is build in 2020. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1274 m² natural site. Situated 900 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. 91 m² enclosed terrace belong to the holiday home. Hereof 24 m² covered terrace. Swing. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.2 sleeping places in adjustable beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 2 cots for babies (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 3 Smart TVs.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. Playstation4. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Wir hatten mit unseren Freunden eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Aufteilung der Räume hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für zwei Paare und zwei Hunde optimal. Zum Kochen sind die Arbeitsflächen etwas klein. Dafür gibt es viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist mit ausreichend Ess- und Kochgeschirr ausgestattet. Wobei wir die Pfannen aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht benutzt haben. Diese müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Die schöne eingezäunte Terrasse eignet sich gut für Hunde, oder auch kleine Kinder. Wünschenswert wäre eine Wallbox am Haus. Da wir mit einem E-Auto und einem Hybrid angereist sind, wäre eine Lademöglichkeit am Haus sehr angenehm und vor allem zeitgemäß. Das Ferienhaus steht in Zukunft mit auf unserer Liste.

Billiardtischbeschichtung löcherig,Dartpfeile krumm und kaputt. Küchenaustattung läßt zu wünschen übrig. Liegen im Aussenbereichvrostig und kaputt. Metallenden hochgebogen.

Das Haus liegt mitten in einem Ferienhausgebiet. Es hat alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen benötigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Couch ist ausreichend groß und bequem. Es sind ausreichend Gartenmöbel vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist von einem Trampelpfad aus einsehbar. Es gibt keinen Windschutz. Für das Dartspiel sollte man sich ggfs eingene Pfeile mitbringen. Über einen Trampelpfad hinter dem Haus geht man direkt auf das Meer zu , dass man in zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Das Ferienhaus ist recht ruhig gelegen und sehr schön. Besonders die Terrasse mit dem schönen Ausblick, auf der man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen kann, hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch unser Hund konnte sich dort gut aufhalten, da sie ringsherum umzäunt ist. Er hat es dort geliebt. Der überdachte Teil ist recht groß, jedoch ist es dort windig. Wenn es regnet wird auch ein Teil des überdachten Bereichs nass, jedoch gab es trotzdem noch Platz, um auch bei Regen draußen trocken zu bleiben. Im Haus sind alle nötigen Utensilien vorhanden. Sehr schön helle Räume. Das Dach eignet sich eher als Schlafmöglichkeit für ältere Kinder, da man dort nicht stehen kann und nur über eine Leiter Zugang hat. Ein guter Rückzugsort mit TV- Gerät und 2 Sitzkissen. Wir haben den Billiardtisch als echte Bereicherung empfunden.
