Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 2 children up to 3 years. The holiday home is 95 m² and is build in 1989. In 2018 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. An iron and an ironing board are available. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1436 m² natural site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Situated 600 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 80 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 21 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains a 55" Smart TV.1 DVD player. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Die Lage des Hauses war super, ruhig gelegen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung prima. Im Außenbereich müsste einiges getan werden. Fußläufig nur ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Strand oder 5min zum Kaufmann. Die Hauptstraße die in der Nähe ist hat uns nicht gestört.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub der nur durch die Geräusche nachts vom Dachboden getrübt war. Die Lage des Hauses empfanden wir als angenehm, es war von Büschen und Bäumen umgeben. Das Haus bot genügend Platz und die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck war ausreichend. Verbesserungswürdig sind die Gartenpflege und die Terrasse.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach überhaupt nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Es hat muffig und schimmlig gerochen. Immer eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Haus, trotz Lüften, heizen und zusätzlich mit Kamin heizen. De Schimmel ist auch deutlich im Bad zu sehen. Bild 13, 15 und 16 entsprechen auch nicht der Realität. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer hat extrem viel Flecken, so daß dieser schon längst ausgetauscht hätte werden müssen. Das Grundstück müsste auch besser gepflegt sein, da man zur hinteren Terrasse gar nicht kommt ohne durch das hohe und nasse Gras zu kommen. Die Angaben der Entfernungen sind auch keine Realität. Zum Meer sind es 1,2 km und zum Fjord kommt man gar nicht, da es keine direkten Weg bzw. Zugang zum Wasser in der Nähe ist. Hierfür muss man erst mit dem PKW in Richtung Hvide Sande fahren. Fazit: Wir haben unseren Jahresurlaub abgebrochen und sind nach 1 Woche abgereist.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles wichtige war für den Aufenthalt vorhanden und funktionierte problemlos. Die Betten waren ein wenig zu weich, aber das ist ja eine persönliche Empfindung.

Von der Buchung des Ferienhauses bis hin zur Schlüsselübergabe war es ein toller Service vom Sonne und Strandteam. Das Ferienhaus entsprach genau der Beschreibung,es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub. Immer wieder gerne.
