Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 80 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1980. In 2025 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 15 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1202 m² natural site. Situated 700 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Das Haus liegt toll in den Dünen. Die Terrasse kann nicht eingesehen werden. Man erkennt zwar an Küche und Bad, dass das Haus etwas älter ist, aber es wirkt keinesfalls verwohnt. Mir persönlich war sowohl Bad als auch Küche im Herbst etwas zu dunkel. Trotzdem würde ich dieses Haus wieder mieten.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit einer guten Ausstattung. Fußläufig in wenigen Minuten am Strand, der wirklich wunderschön ist. Der Weg zum Kaufmann ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Terrasse am Hause ist sehr schön. Allerdings sind die zwei Liegen auf der Terrasse nicht zu benutzen, lassen sich nicht vernünftig aufstellen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, Außenbereich mit Sitzplätzen für jede Tageszeit. Das Haus ist schön in die Umgebung eingebettet und verteilt sich auf 2 Ebenen, daher nicht für Familien mit Kleinkindern geeignet. Wir haben das Haus im Herbst und im Frühsommer bewohnt, es hat sich beide Male bewährt.

Wir hatten ein super verlängertes Wochenende dort. Bis zum nächsten Ort ist es nicht sehr weit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch direkt in der Nähe. Mit dem Anbieter haben wir noch nie irgendwelche Probleme gehabt.

Der Urlaub in Dänemark, Bjerregard war wieder mal sehr schön. < br />Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. < br />Am besten war die sehr große Terrasse. An der Einrichtung gab es nichts zu bemängeln

En nydelse at bo i så smukt et 80'er hus med meget interiør intakt. Velholdt og gedigent! Midt januar med stiv østenvind mærkede vi nogle kuldebroer, og vi savnede også en bedre belysning. Pga. årstiden fik vi ikke glæde af de tre skønne terrasser mod øst, syd og vest.
