Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 107 m² and is build in 2003. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 45 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1350 m² dune site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Situated 1200 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 1200 m away. A 80 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 13 m² covered terrace. Hereof a total of 70 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. A hairdryer is available. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.1 DVD player. Stereo set. CD player. Surround system. Playstation 2. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet allerdings auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Matrazen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden.Sessel hatte einen Riss.Sonst top.

Sehr schönes helles Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Top sind die große geschlossene Terrasse und der sehr kurze Weg zum Strand.

Wir haben entspannte und gemütliche Tage im Oktober verbracht. Das Haus war sauber, geräumig und nah am Strand. Immer wieder gern :-)

Das war unser dritter Urlaub in Dänemark und es war wie immer sehr schön! Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank an den Eigentümer!

Wunderschönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Alles da was man braucht. Die Waschmaschine ist im Anbau neben der Eingangstür, die haben wir zwei Tage lang gesucht :) Die Terrasse ist rundherum eingezäunt, gut für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Wohlfühlen ab dem 1. Tag. Es war das 4. Ferienhaus in dieser Anlage und es war das Beste. Sehr gute Lage. Nur ein kleiner Vorschlag, wenigstens an 1. Fenster ein Fliegengitter anzubringen.

Super fin og service ved problemer af Sol og Strand! Ville dog være dejligt, hvis huset skulle efterlades kl. 11 frem for kl. 10 når man selv vælger at gøre rent. Prisen for slutrengøring er dog ret høj hos jer.
