Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 1999. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1204 m² dune site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 300 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.1 DVD player. Playstation 2. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Schlafräume haben einen guten Abstand zueinander. Das Bad ist großzügig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend. Die Küche liegt beim Eingang, so dass Einkäufe gleich verstaut werden können. Super sind die großen Terrassen auf beiden Seiten des Hauses. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit sowie der Strand sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen.
