Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 2007. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 35 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1494 m² garden site. Situated 1100 m from the sea. Situated 5700 m from lake. Nearest shop is 3500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 20000 m. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Swing. Trampoline. Slide. Situated 1500 m from a playground.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.1 Bluetooth speaker. Playstation4. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. The bed-loft is for private use only and is not included in the rental. Guests are therefore not permitted to use the ladder or the loft. Any use is at the user’s own responsibility and risk.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus, absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles war da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Grundstück. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Sommerhausstrasse. Ringsherum ist viel Natur, viele Pflanzen und Tiere. In der Sommerzeit auch bremsen und Mücken. Man kann den Strand fussläufig in 30 Minuten erreichen. Dem das zu weit ist, kann mit dem Auto fahren und kostenfrei parken. Zum einkaufen ist man auf das Auto angewiesen. Das Haus ist geräumig und hat schön große Betten. Wirklich toll ist das Angebot für Kinder. Es gibt unzählige Spielsachen: Spielküche, Puzzle, Brettspiele, Kostüme, Bücher, Spielekonsolen. Im Garten gibt es Schaukeln und viele Fahrzeuge und Spielsachen, so dass jedes Kind auf seine Kosten kommt. Die küche ist funktional und gut ausgestattet. Schwachstelle ist der Kühlschrank. Dieser gefriert Lebensmittel auch auf niedriger Stufe, so dass man Milch mit Eisstücken genießen kann, eventuell sollte man ihn mal austauschen. Vermutlich hierdurch war der Stromverbrauch höher als in anderen Häusern auf unserer Reise. Das Badezimmer ist in Ordnung. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Im großen Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Kamin. Wir haben es nicht hinbekommen, den Fernseher zum laufen zu bekommen, was während der Fußball WM schade war. Man kann mit einem eigenen Account Netflix schauen, aber kein Fernsehen. Parken kann man auf dem Grundstück mit Videoüberwachung. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus, in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage. Es ist sauber und für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend. Gerade für Familien mit kleinen Kindern aufgrund des vielseitigen Spieleangebot zu empfehlen.
