Lay-out
Holiday flat suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 53 m² and is build in 1991. In 2025 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 20 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A 12 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
There are 2 TVs in the holiday home: one 43-inch TV in the living room and the other in one of the bedrooms. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine einmalige Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung ist gut ich habe alles vorgefunden, was ich benötigt habe. Der Weg zum Strand ist wunderschön und kurz.
