Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 1956. In 1995 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 50 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1250 m² natural site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1800 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2000 m. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Football goal. Situated 2000 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Wir waren zum 2ten Mal in dem Ferienhaus. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub perfekt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt. Leider gibt es immer noch keine Kleiderbügel. Ansonsten hat es alles, was man braucht.

Das Ferienhaus ist für eine Familie ausreichend. Schönes Grundstück mit viel Wiese und einer großen Holzterrasse. Im Inneren wirkt es etwas klein, da in der Küche und im Bad Dachschrägen sind. Dem Haus täte eine Grundüberholung ganz gut (z.B. lockere Wandleuchten und Haken). Es fehlt auch an Kleiderhaken und Bügeln, es gibt ebenfalls keinen Kleiderschrank um Kleidung aufzuhängen, nur Kommoden und Regale. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt und den Urlaub genossen, da es sehr Strandnah ist.

Hals und das umliegende Gebiet ist sehr schön und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Trotz einiger Umstände am Haus haben wir das Beste daraus gemacht und den Urlaub genossen. Das Haus ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Es hat ein großes Grundstück und wir konnten sowohl mit unserem Kind, als auch mit unserem Hund ballspielen. Das Carport mochten wir nicht nutzen, da es sehr baufällig wirkte, jedoch war genügend Platz zum Parken. Die Terrasse ist groß und es gibt zwei Tische und ausreichend Stühle. Auch zwei Liegen stehen zur Verfügung. Schön sind auch die Hochbeete, viele Schmetterlinge und andere Insekten zum Beobachten. Den Grill haben wir auf Grund seines schlechten Zustandes nicht genutzt. Im Haus war es später am Tag sehr stickig, Türen und Fenster konnten man nicht lange auflassen, da die Mücken das Haus sonst übernommen hätten. Am Morgen war es dann sehr kalt im Haus. Auch war viel Feuchtigkeit im Haus, was man deutlich an den Holzrahmen sah. Die Terrassentür lies sich nur mit einem großen Kraftaufwand öffn
