Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 92 m² and is build in 1962. In 2017 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 820 m² natural site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Hereof a total of 50 m² enclosed terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 3 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
There is no TV in the holiday home. 1 Smart-TV. Radio. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. You are allowed to bring a small dog - max. 30 cm high. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed.

Beliggenhed på en stille vej og kort afstand til stranden. Området er stille og roligt og den overdækkede terrasse giver rig mulighed for at spise ude selvom der skulle komme en lille byge. Huset er stort og har mange opbevarings muligheder så der ikke roder.

Das Haus ist ganz ok,die Terrasse ist super,der Garten ist auch sehr schön.der Strand ist ganz nah und traumhaft schön.der Hafen von hals ist sehr sehenswert und fix mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.es waren überall kleine und grosse Attraktionen, viele flohmärkte,oldtimertreffen in hou ect..... man kann überall ganz tolle spaziergänge mit dem Hund machen oder mit Fahrrad radeln.es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir haben nach über 20 Jahren Nordsee dänemark die Ostsee für uns entdeckt...
