Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 117 m² and is build in 1987. In 2014 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in the hall. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1080 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 35 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Worth knowing
Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. You are allowed to bring a small dog - max. 30 cm high. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed.

Meine frau und ich hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus.Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage,wir brauchten mit unserem Hund nur über die Straße gehen und waren schon im Hundewald und zum Strand war es auch nicht weit.Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind im einen sehr guten Zustand.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen vor Ort und hatten reichlich Platz. Es gibt viele Gesellschaftspiele und andere Spiele mit denen jung und alt sich beschäftigen können. Für Ausflüge liegt das Haus so, dass man nicht lange fahren muss, z.B liegt Aalborg nur eine halbe Stunde Fahrt entfernt.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Für unsere Kinder waren sehr viele Spielzeuge im Haus vorhanden, man konnte jeden Tag andere Spiele ausprobieren. Für Familien absolut super gerade wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt. Das Haus ist zudem richtig gut mit allem ausgestattet.

Tolles Haus, toller Schnitt, alles da. Das Bad schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war das Grundstück durchnässt, sodass es für Kinder nicht nutzbar war und man zur Sauna waten musste.

Das Ferienhaus ist schön gelegen .Man braucht zu Fuß nicht lang zum Strand und bis in den Ort sind es 15 minuten mit dem Rad. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Es Gibt Räder,Fitnessgeräte ,einen Kicker,Spiele und eine Playstation.

Wenn man einen ruhigen Strand und Wanderurlaub verbringen möchte, dann ist die Umgebung schon sehr reizvoll. Auch für Ausflüge kann man die Gegend gut nutzen. Kinder haben jede Menge Möglichkeiten die verschiedenen Spielplätze zu testen, wenn das Meer mal nicht reicht.
