Holiday home suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 65 m² and is build in 1935. In 2005 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1300 m² dune site. Situated 50 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds.1 sleeping place in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing
Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. You are allowed to bring a small dog - max. 30 cm high. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed.

Traumhafte Lage in den Dünen mit Blick auf das Meer, man kann es sogar hören. Das Grundstück ist großzügig, es gibt überall etwas zu entdecken. Wunderbare Natur wo man auch hin geht. Gemütliches kleines hyggeliges Haus. Könnte etwas besser gepflegt sein was Küche und Bad angeht. Wir waren schon öfter da und kommen immer wieder gern wegen der einzigartigen Atmosphäre.

Wir finden das Haus toll ....mit sehr kleinen Abstrichen, Ansonsten würden wir nicht jedes Jahr dieses Haus mieten.

Wer absolute Ruhe sucht ist hier falsch aber wer die Natur liebt mit Flora und Fauna und ab und an auch mal mit dem lachen von glücklichen Menschen klar kommt ist das Haus perfekt

Wir hatten trotz wenig Sonnenschein wieder einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Man schaut von der Couch aus direkt auf die See. Wer es gern etwas urig mag ist hier genau richtig.
