Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 85 m² and is build in 2007. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1100 m² natural site. Situated 1800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3500 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.TV through streaming. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed.

Ein sehr gepflegtes und geräumige Ferienhaus, welches sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist und am Ende einer Straße liegt. Dadurch ist die Lage sehr ruhig und man hat keinen Durchgangsverkehr. So können teilweise auch Rehe beobachten werden. Mit WLAN und Sateliten-TV können auch schmuddelwetter-Tage überbrückt werden. An kalten Tagen kann der Kamin angemacht werden oder bei bis zu 75 Grad in die Sauna gegangen werden. Der Wirlpool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat leider kein warmes Wasser gemacht. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind etwas klein. Mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern Leuten könnte es etwas eng werden. Aber wir waren mit 2 Leuten und einem Hund vor Ort. Das war perfekt. Auch mit zwei zusätzlichen Gästen wäre es noch genügend Platz. Für Kinder und teilweise auch für Erwachsene ist genügend Spielmaterial für drinnen und draußen vorhanden (Ob Badminton, Fußball oder das spielen mit Spielzeug drinnen oder draußen im Sandkasten). 25 min Fußweg zum Strand ist auch völlig okay. Die Stadt Hals ist ebenfalls sehr schön anzusehen (Ge

Das Haus selbst liegt in einer guten Lage, alles ist nicht weit entfernt, es gibt alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht – ein wirklich schöner Ort. Ich denke, ich könnte dieses Haus beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen.
