The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 600 m² natural site. Situated 550 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A 35 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing

Ich bin super happy dieses Haus gefunden zu haben obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig erst gebucht haben. Die Lage ist perfekt. Fußläufig zum Strand und insgesamt trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig gelegen. Wenn es warm ist, ist es im Haus allerdings auch sehr warm, da eben wenig Bäume drumherum stehen. Alles in Allem aber sehr modern und auch eine schöne Größe des Hauses. Es ist ein Schuppen vorhanden, der einen Grill samt Zubehör und einen Wäscheständer beinhaltet. Auch Holz war vorhanden (brauchten wir aber nicht). Für uns war das Haus und die Lage perfekt.
