Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 95 m² and is build in 2007. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² natural site. Situated 1100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 25 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed.

Ok sommerhus, typisk udlejningssommerhus...ingen charme eller hygge.. Rengøringen før os var desværre lidt mangelfuld... Køleskab nederst beskidt og fedtet....og køleskabet larmer en del. En del edderkopper og døde fluer i vindueskarme og kroge... Et par lamper i sommerhuset virkede ikke... Ingen termokande i køkkenet til det varme vand eller kaffe. Og aftensol på terrasen er væk kl 19.30 juli måned... Vil man benytte bålpladsen, er den meget dårligt placeret...tæt på buske og træer ovenover...

Dejligt hus, gode badeværelser og værelser. Udearealer fine. < br />Opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine fungerede perfekt.
