Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 86 m² and is build in 2004. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 45 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1165 m² garden site. natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.2 sleeping places in alcove. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. You are allowed to bring a small dog - max. 30 cm high. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung, das zudem recht kindersicher ist. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Ein paar mehr Besteck-/Geschirrteile für Kleinkinder wären hilfreich.

Es ist wirklich ein gutes Ferienhaus . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Leider wurden die kleinen Mängel die wir gemeldet haben in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalt nicht beseitigt.

Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt und ausgestattet. Auch das Grundstück bietet viel Platz und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist super - ca. 10 Minuten zum Sandstrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Hou und Hals. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Einziges kleines Manko - der Boden knarrt leider etwas.
