Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 72 m² and is build in 1968. In 2009 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1600 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 650 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox.Fire place. 2 barbecues at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. Stereo set. CD player.Nintendo Wii. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed.

Das Haus mit dem tollen Grundstück hat uns gefallen. Es war alles da was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Nur die Fenster lassen sich leider nicht alle öffnen. Im Schlafzimmer z.B. gibt es nur feststehende Fenster bis auf das kleine über dem Bett. Sehr schön ist die neue Küche und der Kaffeevollautomat sowie das neue Sofa, was auf den Bildern leider nicht zu sehen ist. Wir würden immer im Sommer wieder kommen, für den Herbst würde uns persönlich eine Wärmepumpe fehlen.

Vi have en rigtig god uge, og var både glade for huset og lokationen. Vi var på forhånd lidt betænkelige ved, om vi var for langt fra alting, men nej. Man kan sagtens bruge Hals som udgangspunkt for en ferie i Nordjylland.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie i et ældre skønt sommerhus/have der var fyldt med mange oplevelser, der var bare så hyggeligt.
