Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 1960. In 2011 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2800 m² natural site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3500 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Worth knowing

Haus okay strandnah, gepflegt und in Vollbauweise. Tolles Grundstück. Von Standort kam man sehr gut den Norden Dänemarks erkunden. Schönster Ostsee Strand in Dänemark

En skøn lille oase, masser af ro og fred og sikke et dyreliv der er, vi så både rådyr kalv og buk, en ræveunge kiggede forbi og et par egernunger tumlede rundt i træerne. Kun rosende ord herfra, kan virkelig anbefales ??

Super Urlaub und schöne Unterkunft. Es hat alles gepasst. Anfangsprobleme wurden sofort beseitigt. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus ist für die Miethöhe voll in Ordnung. Wenn man die kleinen Eigenarten des Hauses herausgefunden hat (eher sympathisch), könnte man sich fast vorstellen, dauerhaft hier zu bleiben. Wir haben das Haus mit der einfachen Ausstattung aber einem total praktischen Badezimmer sehr schätzen gelernt und werden dieses wieder buchen. Sehr schön war auch der rege Reh-Verkehr direkt vor dem riesigen Esszimmerfenster - ein Reh hat uns teils stundenlang beobachtet - absolut faszinierend! Auch der Strand ist wie eh und je ein Highlight und wurde von uns täglich besucht - die gute Lage des Hauses macht dies problemlos möglich. Wir sind voll zufrieden!
