You will find a golf course in a distance of 3530 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex and 2 of them are located in the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

General:
Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat einen sehr schönen Wintergarten und tolle Terrassen mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Für Ruhesuchende ist wichtig zu wissen, dass das Haus an der Straße liegt und man im Garten Fahrzeuggeräusche hört. Das Gästehaus ist super für ältere Kinder oder Teenager, da sie dort etwas abgeschieden und für sich sein können. Allerdings ist dort keine Toilette vorhanden. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und man findet alles für den täglichen Gebrauch. Das Badezimmer erfüllt seinen Zweck und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das kann man auch über die Küche sagen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zum wunderschönen Strand geht man ca 15 - 20 Minuten. Der Garten ist sehr groß und gut geeignet für Hunde. Der Zaun ist allerdings renovierungsbedürftig und muss an der einen oder anderen Stelle selbst gesichert werden. Das Internet funktioniert super.
