Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 65 m² and is build in 1966. In 2024 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 64 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 1256 m² garden site. Situated 890 m from the sea. Situated 1500 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 1740 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

There are 3 televisions in the holiday home, one of which is a Smart TV. 2 Chromecasts. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage, ruhig und mitten in der Natur. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und auch der Garten und die Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein.

Huset var ok. Vi var tilfredse med beliggenhed og omegn alt gik efter planen. Kunne godt komme tilbage en anden gang.

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Vorstellungen vollkommen erfüllt! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir fühlten uns herzlich willkommen. Das Grundstück ist ruhig gelegen und Blick dicht. Auf der großzügigen Terrasse konnte man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen. Wir werden das Ferienhaus wieder buchen.
