The holiday home is situated on a 1502 m² natural site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Situated 4700 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 4500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 4100 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. It is possible to prepare the food in the outdoor kitchen. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 3 of these sleeping accommodations are located in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. The outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and outdoor shower can be used from May to October.

General:
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einer tollen Lage. Der kurze Weg zum Strand und die Lage mitten in der Natur fanden wir super und konnten auch viele Tiere beobachten. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer ist super ausgestattet und hatte auch alles was man braucht. Uns persönlich war das Badezimmer und die Dusche etwas zu klein aber man hatte auch hier alles da was man braucht. Der einzige Haken für uns war das „abgelegene" Dreibett-Zimmer. Für uns war leider nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein eigenes Gebäude handelt, welches keinen Durchgang zum Hauptgebäude und auch keine Toilette hat. Man müsste also durch den Garten gehen um zum Bas oder dem Rest zu kommen. Leider war dieses Zimmer jedoch der hauptsächliche Grund zur Buchung. Sonst war aber alles perfekt und wir würden dieses schöne Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen.
