Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 2006. In 2022 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 110 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 854 m² natural site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 4000 m. A 57 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 14 m² covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. A small stream runs through the back of the site, which is why small children should be kept under supervision.

Wir waren das fünfte Mal in diesem Haus und fühlen uns in dem Haus und in dem Ort sehr wohl. Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend, die Betten bequem und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Außenanlage ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und lädt im Sommer zum verweilen ein.

Wir hatten Ende August 24 einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus ist perfekt. Zwei Toiletten und Duschen. Küche super ausgestattet. Alles sehr gemütlich und sauber. Sehr große Terrasse. Sogar ein Willkommensgruß lag von den Besitzern bereit. Das Haus würden wir sofort nochmal buchen, wenn Hals und Hou ,die Orte, mehr bieten würden . Strand war auch fußläufig zu erreichen und top sauber. Für kleine Kinder top nur das durch das Grundstück ein Bach verläuft. Für Tenager zu ruhig. Aber das Haus ist einfach super!!! Ein letzter Tip...Mückenschutzspray

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.Eine vorherige gute Bewertung können wir nur Bestätigen.Haus und Einrichtung Top Zustand. Alles vorhanden. Außerdem möchten wir die sehr gute Betreuung von Sol u. Strand erwähnen Werner Dabbert und Hanna Niss aus Hamburg Aufenhalt 1 Woche über Pfingsten 2024.

I don't recommend to stay in this place. The house was super clean with a nice environment but I had two issues. The second issue made our stay the worst one we had. 1. There were no cribs (I ordered one for my child) when I arrived, so I had to contact the emergency department since the office was closed. It was not convenient, and I expected to receive it without notice. 2- The house water was only warm for the first half-day of our stay, and we couldn't even take a shower the entire time. A summer house without hot water is not acceptable when you want to relax for a few days. We could rent a house without a Jacuzzi and sauna for a much cheaper price.
