Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 91 m² and is build in 1987. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home contains a combined washer and dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1058 m² garden site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 500 m. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 9 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox.Fire place. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

General:
Das Haus ist großzügig und funktional angelegt, hell, behaglich und hochwertig (insbesondere die Küche) ausgestattet. Unterschiedliche Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten auf dem Außengelände bzw. auf mehreren Terrassenplätzen tragen sehr zum Wohlfühlen bei. Die Lage des Hauses am Ende einer ruhigen Sackgasse, die Umgebung mit vielen Bäumen und die fußläufige Nähe zur Küste sind großartig. Wir haben das Haus luxuriöserweise für nur zwei Erwachsene gemietet, weil wir eine zuverlässig-angenehme Unterkunft für einen Arbeits-Urlaub benötigten. Die gute Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten und das Außengelände waren deshalb super - und sind sicherlich auch für eine vier- bis sechsköpfige Gruppe/Familie bestens geeignet.

General:
Wir hatten ruhige und gemütliche Tage in diesem gut ausgestatteten Haus. Nachts war bei Ostwind das Rauschen des Meeres zu hören. Im Laufe des Tages besuchten uns Rehe, Eichhörnchen und Eichelhäher. Die Stromkosten hielten sich wegen der sparsamen Wärmepumpe sehr in Grenzen. Uns fehlte nur ein Kaminofen.
