The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Furthermore 1 wood pellet oven. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1272 m² natural site. Situated 150 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A 25 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox.Fire place. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds.- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Ein von außen zwar schlicht aussehendes Haus, was innen aber alles hat was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Schön eingerichtet, sehr gute Zimmeraufteilung, zwei Duschbäder, genügend Schrankraum und alles an Haushaltsdingen und zur Unterhaltung, was man so braucht, ist da. Auf dem Naturgrundstück bekamen wir sogar Besuch von Regen, Eichhörnchen, Dompfaffen usw. Also wir waren mit allem hoch zufrieden.

Wie schon in den letzten Jahren war unser Urlaub eine wunderbare Erholung! Die Natur hier ist einzigartig. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage, schnell am Strand und auch zum Einkauf ist der Weg nicht weit.

Wir hatten drei wunderbare Wochen in diesem sehr schönen, sauberen, gut ausgestatteten und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Viel Platz, zwei Bäder, das ganze Haus ist hell und offen. Die beiden großen Terrassentüren sind klasse, überhaupt hat der "Aussenbereich" uns ganz viel Freude bereitet. Die beiden Terrassen, die Markise, die Liegestühle, der coole Gasgrill - alles wurde reichlich genutzt, es waren drei richtig erholsame, rundum gelungene Wochen. Ja, das Grundstück ist kleiner, als es auf den Fotos wirkt und die Nachbarn sind dicht dran, ABER das Grundstück ist so schön abgegrenzt durch Bäume und Bewuchs, dass man sich völlig abgeschieden fühlt. Jeden Morgen auf der hinteren Terrasse gab es Morgenkaffee mit Ostseerauschen. Man kann hier sehr zur Ruhe kommen. Es gibt nur 1 deutschen Fernsehsender (ZDF), aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Wir sind eine 5köpfige Familie mit 3 Kids zwischen 5 und 10 und sind das zweite Mal hier gewesen. Es mangelt wirklich an nichts (außer vlt an Fliegengittern an den Fenstern vielleicht). Wir werden bestimmt irgendwann wieder hier her kommen und können es wirklich sehr sehr empfehlen!!!
