Holiday home suitable for 7 persons . The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 1973. In 2018 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1093 m² natural site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 3700 m. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Fire place. It is possible to prepare the food in the outdoor kitchen. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed.- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Wald gelegen und nah zum Strand. Für uns einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Hund ebenfalls.
