Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 1962. In 2014 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is floorheating in the living room. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 120 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 450 m from the sea. Situated 6000 m from inlet. Situated 2000 m from lake. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 4500 m. A 75 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed.Fire place. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.2 sleeping places in adjustable beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 3 TVs.1 DVD player.Playstation 3. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Wir hatten einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus war perfekt und die Nähe zum Strand und auch für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund waren wunderschön. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Lage super, nicht weit zum Strand, gleich ein kleines Waldstück um die Ecke, Super nette Nachbarschaft ????Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Haus kommen ????

Hatten das Haus schon in 2025 und 2027 nehmen wir es wieder. Das Haus ist im Aussenbeich/Terasse in die Jahre gekommen. DAS Überdach der Terasse ist bei Regen stark undicht, ein gesamter Farbanstrich ist überfällig.War so in 2025 und das haben wir auch schon beim letzten Fragebogen angegeben!!!Bei Bedarf haben wir Bilder.Auch der Grill wurde wie in 2025 nicht genutzt, Dreck und Rost, hatten unseren eigenen kleinen Grill , wie seit vielen Jahren mit. In über 50 Reisen nach DK ein Problem.

Wer Ruhe sucht und keinen Trubel mag ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus bietet viele unterschiedliche Plätze ( Wohnzimmer, Wintergarten, verschiedene Terrassen, Feuerplatz im Garten, ...) um seine Zeit zu verbringen. Wer mag ist auf kurzem Wege an einem richtig schönen Badestrand mit vielen Sandbänken und weichem Sand - auch "mal eben zwischendurch". Es gibt vielfältige Wanderwege: am Strand entlang, den Nordsøstien, immer mal wieder Wälder und Moore, ... Für die Hundebesitzer: Der Zaun ist ca. 70 cm hoch und es gibt dort eine Menge Tiere (Rehe, Hasen, Eichhörnchen, ...), die auch tagsüber keine Scheu haben in der Siedlung eine leckere Mahlzeit zu suchen ??

Das eingezäunte Grundstück in ruhiger waldiger Umgebung ist sehr erholsam. Wilde Tiere inklusive. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen
