Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 111 m² and is build in 2023. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 101 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1350 m² natural site. Situated 10 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 14000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Situated 600 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.2 sleeping places in alcove. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV.1 Chromecast. Radio. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

Super Lage des Hauses mit direktem Zugang zum Strand ermöglichte einen tollen Meerblick bei allen Mahlzeiten - Sonnenaufgang inklusive. Das Haus verfügt über beinahe alles, was man braucht - eine zweite Pfanne sowie ein Wasserkocher wären wünschenswert. Auch befinden sich in den Schlafzimmern Kissen und Decken mit Federn, gleiches gilt auch für die Kissen im Wohnzimmer - also eher nichts für Allergiker.

Sehr schönes Haus mit direktem Blick auf die Ostsee. Aufgrund der für den großen kombinierten Wohn/Ess/- und Küchenraum ist die bestehende Heizungsanlage bei einer Mietzeit im Winter nicht ausreichend. Trotz Dauerbetrieb hatten wir nicht mehr als 20 Grad im Haus. Da auch keine Fußbodenheizung oder ein Kaminofen vorhanden ist, haben wir gefroren. Der Heizlüfter von Sonne und Strand hat geholfen, war aber auch kein gamechanger. Daher im Winter besser nicht mieten, solange das Heizungskonzept nicht signifikant verbessert wird. Ein Ofen wäre sehr hilfreich...

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Die Lage zur Ostsee ist super. Die Angaben über die Heizung stimmen jedoch nicht. Es ist keine Wärmepumpe im deutschen Sinne sodern nur eine Klimanlage wie in südlichen Ländern üblich. Außerdem wird sie nachts über WLAN gesteuert, so dass eine ausreichende (für uns) Wärme im Winter nicht möglich war. Morgens nur 17 Grad. Die Heizungen für Schlafzimmer und Bad sind ok.

Supert ,velholdt feriehus med god plass for to familier, vi var 4 voksne, to ungdommer og ett barn. Deilig med stor plen til spill og lek, og strand rett ved. Det er veldig langgrunt . Rolig og trygt område. Campingplass like ved der fikk man kjøpt is og kioskvarer. Matbutikk, Rema 1000, 5 min med bil. Kommer man kjørende fra Hirtshals, så anbefaler jeg å besøke Randers Regnskov før man kommer til huset( det var langt å kjøre tilbake). Huset anbefales til alle som liker å ha det ryddig og rent!
