Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 1983. In 2019 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 75 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 700 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 100 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby and a kayak is available. Nearest shop is 100 m away. A 54 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 14 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Die Außenanlage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Leider gibt es jedoch einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Auf der Straße hinter dem Haus führt diese zum Strand sowie zu den anderen Häusern. Die Straße wird häufig viel zu schnell befahren. Dadurch entsteht eine erhebliche Lärmbelastung und ein unsicheres Gefühl. Die drei Schlafzimmer konnten leider nicht überzeugen. Zu klein, starker Geruch, Matratzen durchgelegen

Top Ferienhaus in Meernähe, es ist alles da, was kann braucht, ruhige Lage. Der Strand ist sehr seicht, es dauert beim Hineingehen bis das Wasser den Bauch erreicht. Der Service des zuständigen Büros war leider wenig kundenorientiert und ließ zu Wünschen übrig.

Das Haus ist liebevoll und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Küche hat einen tollen Herd/Ofen und es gibt sogar eine Ersatzkaffeemaschiene. Die Betten sind in Ordnung aber sie quietschen sehr laut bei jedem drehen. Der Weg zum Strand ist abenteuerlich! Entweder über behelfsmäßig Stufen im Hang (neben Hausnr 20) oder einen schmale und steile Straße, auf der die Autos ab einem vorbei rasen. Der Strand ist schmutzig, steinig und zum Wasser kommt man nur über einen ca einen Meter breiten Streifen aus trockenem Seetang. Wer nett am Strand spazieren gehen möchte, ist hier falsch! Brötchen bekommt man auf dem Campingplatz nebenan.
