Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 90 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1951. In 2025 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 50 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 750 m² natural site. Situated 12000 m from the sea. Situated 500 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 1600 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets.

The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Bildern. Wir waren schon oft in Ferienhäusern, aber nie hatten wir eine so gute Ausstattung, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, vom elektrischen Messer bis zur Pfanne ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist Hygge Pur. Spiele sind vorhanden und alles war in einwandfreiem Zustand und sauber. Nur das warme Wasser ist schnell aufgebraucht wenn mehrere Menschen duschen möchten, sollte man sich beeilen, sonst duscht der letzte kalt...

Huset var pænt og rent og vældig hyggeligt indrettet. Beliggenheden fin til udflugter i Vadehavs-området. < br />Vi var seks voksne, og det var meget passende. Man skal dog lige være opmærksom på, at en af sengene "kun" er 120 cm. Det står på plantegningen, men det havde vi overset.

Ein super schönes und gemütliches, einsam gelegenes Haus mit Platz zum Auftanken und Genießen. Der Weg zum Wattenmeer ist nicht weit, und der Sonnenuntergang, den man von der Terrasse und dem Schlafzimmer bewundern kann über dem Meer, ist einfach traumhaft. Die untere Etage ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich- wenn es warm genug ist! Die obere Etage ist eher rustikal, insbesondere das Badezimmer, nichtsdestotrotz würden wir wieder kommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Beachten muss man allerdings die hohen Heizkosten und dementsprechend evtl. eher mit dem Kamin heizen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Servicebüro bei Mängeln! Vielen Dank!

Huset ligger smukt med udsigt over vandet. Huset er super godt indrettet og der manglede ikke noget. Vi følte os meget velkomne. Der var friske blomster fra haven på bordene. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen ??

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i sommerhuset...et lækkert hus At sidde ud på terrassen spiller kort og drikker et dejligt koldt glas vin eller øl.
