Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 178 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1900. In 2019 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump and 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 570 m² garden site. Situated 14000 m from the sea. Situated 900 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 300 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 3 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 3 toilets. There is floor heating in 3 bathrooms.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Dejligt stort og rummeligt hus. Dejligt med badeværelse til alle soveværelser. Lidt kedelig indretning, og kun DR1 på tv.

Dejlig rent og flot hus. Selvfølgelig er nogle ting slidte, men alt i alt et skønt hus.

Afløb lugtede fælt - især i køkkenet. Panderne er helt færdige i belægningen. Gryderne var meget store. Emhætten virker ikke. Ellers et dejligt hus og der var fint rent.

Fint hus med masser af plads. Vi var 2 prs. i en uge med besøg af 2 gæster i 2 dage. Vi havde således kun brug for underetagen. Der er mange gode udflugtsmuligheder/attraktioner inden for 1/2 - 3/4 times kørsel. Spise/cafe muligheder i umiddelbar nærhed. Desværre er der pt. ikke indkøbsmulighed i byen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub Wer Aktion sucht ist in dem Ort falsch, aber es ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Das Wattenmeer ist nicht weit entfernt und die Natur ist dort wunderbar. Leider entspricht die Reinigung des Ferienhauses nicht der angegebenen Endreinigung. Im ganzen Haus waren Spinnweben, in den Bädern war ein unangenehmer Geruch (wahrscheinlich vom Abfluss, war mit ordentlich lüften aber in den Griff zu kriegen, außer im oberen Bad, da man dort das Fenster nicht ohne weiteres öffnen kann) und im Eingangsbereich befand sich eine Ameisenstraße. Ansonsten ist das Ferienhaus wie beschrieben. Für Raucher gibt es für den Außenbereich keinen Aschenbecher.
