Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage, die allerdings sehr an eine Kleingartensiedlung erinnert. Der große Vorteil ist das Extra-Gästehaus. Der große Nachteil, ist, dass es zum Teil chaotisch und nicht wohnlich wirkt.
