Holiday flat suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 35 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1972. In 2017 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 20 litres.

The holiday home is situated on a 50 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 17000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room, on a sofa bed measuring 140 × 200 cm, and 2 of them are located on the bed-loft.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

General:
En lækker lille lejlighed med den skønneste terrasse med havudsigt vendt mod øst. Naturen var lige ved døren, en kort cykeltur så var man i Allinge, hvor der var en dejlig stemning og gode indkøbsmuligheder. Lidt længere oppe lå der en pool, som var inkluderet i opholdet. Det var hegnet inde så børn også kunne færdes deroppe. En rolig vej med lidt trafik

Dejlig rolig. God beliggenhed, lige ned til klipperne, hvor der er en sti til Allinge by, tager ca. 30 min. At gå. Fantastisk udsigt. Lille lejlighed til par, bedst uden børn og man skal være godt gående især pga. Stejl trappe op til hemsen. Det bliver hurtigt varmt, at sove der!
