Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 2003. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² natural site. Situated 150 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 7500 m. A 35 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in the toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Ein sehr sauberes, gemütliches Haus, in bester Lage mit wunderbaren Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Betten sind hervorragend und Bad und WC sind auf dem neuesten Stand.

Wir waren schon das zweite mal in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder. Die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war für uns optimal. Wir haben uns auch über den vorhandenen Grill gefreut.

Et skønt sommerhus lige efter vores smag. Pænt og rent hus at komme til og med et moderne tvist. Skøn terrasse og smukt område. Helt sikkert et sted at gen besøge.

Wir haben Bornholm schon häufiger besucht und haben das Haus in Allinge als sehr schön und zweckmäßig erlebt. Es war sehr schön eingerichtet und alles, was man braucht in einem Ferienhaus, war vorhanden. Die Betten waren in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Badezimmer gerade renoviert und mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Im September ist ein Kamin sehr schön, sodass man die Heizung nicht einschalten muss. Gut war auch, dass wir die E-bikes in einem abschließbaren Raum abstellen konnten. Die Terrasse war groß und mit schönen Terrassenmöbeln gut ausgestattet. Eine Flasche Rotwein zur Begrüßung war eine freudige Überraschung.

Vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie. Øen levede op til sit navn "solskinsøen". Dejligt dyreliv, en masse fuglesang, harer, fasaner og et enkelt rådyr, ved sommerhuset. Dejlig udsigt til vandet.
