Holiday flat suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 59 m² and is build in 1972. In 2006 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 30 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. The apartment is located on a common area with an outdoor, heated swimming pool (15 x 9 x 1.8 m), which is open from 15.06.-15.09.

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Der Blick aufs Meer war traumhaft schön, das Haus war gepflegt und gut ausgestattet und wir konnten viele tolle Ausflüge zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad und dem Auto von hier aus machen.

Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. Der Pool war gut zu erreichen und sauber. Der Meerblick war sehr schön, auch vom Wohnzimmer aus. Das Sofa war sehr gemütlich.

Das Ferienhaus ist hell und gemütlich und hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Den Gemeinschaftspool fanden wir richtig gut. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Super dejlig lejlighed, der levede op til vores forventninger, poolen dejlig lidt dyb i den ene ende men dette gjorde ikke os noget. Gode muligheder for gå turer ind til allinge.
