Lay-out
Holiday flat suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 60 m² and is build in 1978. In 2022 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 60 litres.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 75 m² natural site. Situated 1500 m from the sea. Situated 150 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 1600 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 12000 m. A 15 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Situated 50 m from a playground. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
A shared indoor swimming pool is at your disposal, where you can play and have a good time together.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 3 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV. Radio. Stereo set. CD player.1 Bluetooth speaker. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. The swimming pool and sauna, located in the main building, are open from Easter through the autumn holiday (week 42). Opening hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

General:
Jeg havde et skønt påskeophold med mine teenagedøtre, der havde en veninde med hver. Fælles aktiviteterne blev brugt og huset rummede også mange spil, som vi slet ikke nåede at benytte. Vi er kommet i Agger gennem mange år, men det var første gang vi boede i feriecentret, og det er bestemt ikke sidste
