The home features a bright living room with a heat pump and direct access to a spacious terrace with garden furniture. Adjacent to the living area is a functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. Two well-appointed bedrooms with double beds and a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine complete the layout. At the entrance, you’ll also find an additional terrace with garden furniture.

Øer Maritime Holiday Village enjoys a peaceful setting in exceptionally scenic surroundings. A range of sports facilities is available for a fee, including an indoor swimming pool, a multi-hall with badminton, table tennis and ball games, as well as outdoor mini golf, tennis, pétanque, beach volleyball and football. Balls and rackets can be rented from the on-site shop. You can also rent pedal boats, SUP boards, canoes or a boat berth by contacting the harbourmaster. For children, there is a playground and a bouncy castle.

Øer is a hilly and beautiful natural area located a few kilometres south of Ebeltoft, known for its charming cobbled streets and good shopping options. Øer Beach offers shallow water, large sandbanks and rich birdlife, making it ideal for fishing, water activities and lovely cycling and hiking trips.
