The balcony offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the village and the ski slopes are almost next to the apartment complex. The apartment complex is located in the middle of the Hochkönig ski region, which is part of the Ski Amade ski area. Against the backdrop of the Hochkönig, this ski area between the three towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach offers up to 120 spacious and wide kilometers of slopes, 3 fun parks and 34 lifts. The ski slopes can be reached on foot from the apartment complex. In summer, the Sommerstein adventure pool at the eastern end of Maria Alm, the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden or the Zeller lido in Zell am See offer lots of bathing fun! The idyllic town of Maria Alm is a sports paradise and place of pilgrimage in the middle of the Salzburg mountains and offers many other leisure and activity options. You will find several restaurants, shops and the tourist office right in the town center. The state capital of Salzburg can be reached in about 1.5 hours by car. Please note: Arrival should be between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. For arrivals after 6 p.m. there is a fee of EURO10.00 per hour. Arrivals after 8 p.m. are no longer possible.
