Our holiday apartment is approximately 50m² and features a combined living room and kitchen (approx. 20m²) with a sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination and bath and hand towels, a rustic bedroom with Tyrolean spruce wood flooring, and a large south-facing balcony (1.65m deep!) furnished with balcony furniture and a sun lounger. The apartment boasts an optimal indoor climate thanks to geothermal heating combined with underfloor heating throughout. There are no carpets; all floors are tiled (except in the bedroom, which has Tyrolean spruce wood flooring). The well-equipped kitchen includes all necessary items (dishes, cutlery, glasses, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, etc.).
