Welcome to a haven of tranquility! If your everyday life is getting too gray and you're longing to unwind, there's probably no better destination than Southern Burgenland. This little corner of Austria is the perfect place to relax and recharge. With 2,000 hours of sunshine a year, we're the warmest of all the Austrian states – ideal for leaving stress behind and recharging your batteries. We hope to welcome you to our little paradise and we bet you'll fall in love with Southern Burgenland after just a short time. Our holiday apartment is located in Gaas, right in the heart of the wine region, close to several noteworthy attractions such as the Wine Museum in Moschendorf, the Heiligenbrunn cellar district, and the Herczeg Winery. From the apartment, you'll enjoy a beautiful view of Gaas. In this 60 m² apartment, you'll find a cozy living area with a TV next to a tiled stove, a modern kitchen (including a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker), a spacious bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, towels, and a washing machine. There's also a terrace where you can barbecue on warm summer evenings or relax in sun loungers. Pets are welcome.
