Please note this room is ideal for children and can only be accessed via the hatch in bedroom two, which may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility or taller guests. The property has one modern ground floor family bathroom with a large, luxurious shower, basin, and WC. Plus, an additional utility room ideal for keeping muddy walking boots!
